Well, someone’s laundry will be nice and dry now (if not ashes). If this doesn’t get the constables running to the scene, nothing will.
Huh, and here I was thinking that those clanks WERE the constables!
Constable clanks would’ve brandished cuff-hands, not nasty nippers and whirling saws – and no L.E.O. carries a flamethrower! Given that they’re smart enough to run through a random environment, speech recognition isn’t too surprising – although they still weren’t quick-witted ENOUGH…
For some reason, panel #4 puts me in mind of the Dr.
